In this function, we lead organisational processes annually to develop the Strategic Plan, the Annual Performance Plan, and divisional Operational Plans.
Monitoring & ReportingÂ
Performance information is essential for comparing non-financial performance against budgets and plans, and to alert the organisation to areas where corrective action may be required. Thus, the function of monitoring and reporting gives effect to measuring, monitoring and reporting on non-financial performance.
Evaluation
This component ensures that annual evaluations of implementation programmes are undertaken to assess whether they have successfully delivered their intended outcomes and impact, and related benefits.
